Sarah Sailer and her husband Jeremiah Sailer began growing their own food on their 1/5 acre lot in 2011.  The Sailers and their four daughters raise rabbits, chickens and an abundance of fresh produce from their Downtown Loveland home. Sarah is a passionate Italian who loves to share her love of food with others.  The family was recently named "2014 Homesteaders of the Year" by Mother Earth News Magazine, and enjoy spreading their joy of living simply on Sarah's blog:  www.thriftygoodlife.com

Will Bemis helped found Plenty Farms with his lifetime of knowledge and experience.  As a friend and neighbor, Will first taught Sarah the art of baking sourdough.  He made a permanent mark on the Sailer homestead through friendship, inspiration and ideas.  His recycled windows formed the basis for the greenhouse, his cycling passion inspired our bike carts, and he helped Sarah & Jeremiah build the outdoor oven.  The world lost Will in 2015 and he is deeply missed.  His legacy and spirit lives on in all that we do.
